This is modern townhouse is situated on a small development on the outskirts of Alcalali, a traditional Spanish village in the Jalon Valley. As the property was built in 2008, it has quite a modern interior, and is well presented.

The main gate leads you into a small courtyard, where there are a few steps to the front door. As you enter the house, there is a hallway and from here you will find the lounge, which can also be used as a bedroom, and has fitted wardrobes. opposite is the dining room which faces the front of the property and leads into the kitchen, which has room for a small table and chairs. There is a door which leads to a terrace at the back of the house, and where the present owner has a washing machine and storage units. There is a bathroom with shower also on this level.

From the hallway there is an internal staircase that leads to the first floor, where there are 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom. From the landing there is access to a terrace to the front aspect of the property. From the main double bedroom there is also access to the terrace. This large bedroom has fitted wardrobes, which give plenty of storage. The second bedroom is of a good size and is presently being used as bedroom/study. Again, it benefits from having fitted wardrobes.

The shower room on this floor is modern and of a good size.

Underneath the property there is a large allocated parking space with a storage room.

At this moment in time there is a not a residents association and there are no community fees to be paid.

Although a small village, Alcalali benefits from having a village shop, bakers and pharmacy. On a Friday there is a small market. There is a doctors surgery, library and theatre, where the local english dramatics company regularly put on shows! During the months of June, July, August and September, the village swimming pool is open to the public. There is also a good selection of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of the property. The larger town of Jalon is only 5 minutes drive away and is worth a visit for the market on Tuesdays and rastro on Saturdays. However, Alcalali is only approximately a 25 minute drive to the nearest coastal resorts, so if you fancy a day at the beach its not too far away.

The Jalon Valley is popular with walkers and cyclists alike, as there are many routes you can take through the beautiful surrounding countryside. Take your pick!
