The location is also great if you commute to Denia as it's only a ten minute drive from the property.. Then just a short five minute drive to the port and an eight minute drive to the Arenal beach, here in both areas you have a buzzing atmosphere where there's so much to do. Also you are spoilt for choice where to eat and drink as there are lots of places to choose from.. In the port as the Arenal beach you have activity centers that do all kind of watersports and if you have a boat licence you can rent boats from here also.. . . . According to a scientific study carried out in the 90s, Jávea was considered to be the first best microclimate in the world, followed by Rio de Janeiro and to be honest you can enjoy a great temperature all year round with an average that ranges from around 18°C. . This goes to show as Jávea is chosen by many to spend their holidays here and many to live all year round, which means not like a lot of coastal areas it's always full of life even in the winter months..
