Favorable tax regime

Normally you pay around 14% of the total transfer costs of your purchase in Spain. When buying a luxury apartment by the sea in this complex it is only 4% of your purchase, and 6 to 7% if you buy with a mortgage. The deed is done when the complex is ready, if you decide to buy an apartment, the property will be transferred when all the construction of the complex and your apartment is finished.
