ADVANTAGES
HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES
When the construction is carried out in the workshop, the quality is much higher, as the pieces are made by means of machinery with tailor-made work and not by personnel on site. Once the project has been drawn up with BIM systems, the information goes to the factory where all the parts that make up the whole building are disassembled and assembled on site. During the drafting of the project, a study is made to measure of the client, accompanied by technique throughout the process according to the needs and requirements of the client, where you can choose from a wide variety of finishes and qualities.
REDUCTION OF CONSTRUCTION TIME AND COST CONTROL
The start of the work is divided into two important parts, civil engineering and industrialised construction. While everything necessary is being done on site in terms of land preparation, connections, foundations, etc., everything necessary to assemble the building, including installations, finishes, etc., is being done in the factory. Therefore, the industrialised system allows us to construct the building in a short time and to control absolutely all the costs without any unforeseen events during the execution of the project.
IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT DURING AND AFTER CONSTRUCTION
As it is a dry and industrialised construction, which is carried out in a workshop, it does not produce an environmental impact in the place where the building is located, avoiding large amounts of dust, transport costs or other contaminants typical of traditional construction. The construction, made with natural materials in its great majority, also reduces the environmental impact. The system used in industrialised construction is much more efficient in terms of acoustic and thermal insulation, which leads to considerable energy savings, i.e. with less electrical energy we can air-condition all the spaces in the building.

WORK
We monitor the implementation of our buildings closely through our PROJECT MANAGER service. We take care of every detail in the design of the work. As a result, buildings of the highest quality.
VENTILATED REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATION SLAB ACCORDING TO STRUCTURAL CALCULATION OR SANITARY SLAB ACCORDING TO THE RESISTANCE OF THE GROUND AND THE TYPE OF BUILDING.
It includes cleaning and clearing the site, excavating trenches for foundations, as well as excavating trenches for the passage of utilities (sewers, electricity, water connections, etc.), soil compaction and cleaning concrete on which the foundation shoe, made of HA-25 reinforced concrete, is to be built.
In the case of walls in basements or for ground containment, HA-25 reinforced concrete walls are used with a thickness according to the structural calculations, with the waterproofing plate on the outside of the wall, as well as a plate and a drainage pipe for the perimeter.
Note: The budget is indicative until a geotechnical study is available, connection to the grid is not included.
