Pego is a lively town of about 11.000 inhabitants with excellent communication routes. Between the city and the beaches is another jewel of La Marina Alta, the Marjal Natural Park and its great bioversity and rivers with crystal clear water. Next to it are the fields of the famous Bomba rice. Pego is situated at the foot of the mountains, a paradise for walking or cycling.

Exterior carpentry: PVC with swinging, folding or sliding opening, with high energy performance, resistance and high watertightness, with quality seal and very low thermal transmittance in soft, white or grey colour.
Guardian Sun type double glazing, with two colourless panes and an insulating and hygroscopic intermediate air chamber, with interior inert gas. Glazing located below 100 cm will be with laminated safety glass.
Roller blinds, light color, of darkening in bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

Floor tiles: Interiors: Porcelain floor 60×30, minimum joint, matt white colour (with a maximum price of 20 € per m2). Minimalist skirting board of the same material. Exteriors: Non-slip porcelain flooring with similar characteristics to the interior.

Wall tiles: Interior of wet pieces up to false ceiling, by means of porcelain stoneware in bathrooms and laundry room 60×30, light colours, model to be chosen by the client (with a maximum price of 20 € per m2).

Decorative exterior cladding: based on large-format vertical porcelain tiles by Inalco or similar (with a maximum price of 90 euros per square metre).

Interior carpentry and locksmithery: Hinged or sliding doors in smooth waterproof board, lacquered in white or stained oak, with chrome handles. Sliding doors will incorporate hidden metal frames and sliding guides.
Reinforced entrance door, with exterior finish, security lock with 3 anchorage points, with interior steel plate, chrome window, handle and knob.
