This three bedroom villa is just a twenty five minute walk or a short drive to central Moraira with its lovely family friendly sandy beach and a large selection of places to eat, drink and shop. Here you can enjoy the quiet green surroundings but still be close to town!

There are two entrances to the villa, one via a pedestrian gate and the other via an electric gate onto the driveway with parking for at least two cars off road. The path from the pedestrian gate leads into the front garden of the property then up a couple of steps into the Naya, an elevated outdoor space that overlooks the pool, has good open views towards the mountains and provides a shady area to relax and also dine outside. There are double doors that open into the villa's open plan dining and living room with wooden ceiling beams and a lovely wood burner / fireplace for cooler evenings. The separate kitchen is at the end of this room and opposite the main entrance there is a hallway that leads to all the bedrooms. The three bedrooms are all good size doubles and all have their own storage with built-in wardrobes plus air conditioning units for comfort during the warm summer months. There is a family shower room that two of the bedrooms share and the Master bedroom at the end of the small hallway has its own ensuite shower room.

From the Naya, where we entered the villa, we then take several steps down to the spacious pool area where we find the free-form shape 8 x 4 m2 pool with plenty of space around it for relaxing on sun loungers as well as outdoor dining. The BBQ and Bar area is conveniently located next to the pool, perfect for entertaining family and friends poolside. The plot is has mature trees around the boundary and so the whole villa and the pool area is not overlooked and very private. The rest of the garden is low maintenance and there are some splashes of colour from several Hibiscus plants and Bougainvilleas.

On this lower level, there is also access the space under the villa. Through a door from the pool terrace, there is a room used as a laundry then at the rear there is a very large space that is used for storage and also a secure garage for one vehicle.
