First of all we hope you are safe and well.

We are working in uncertain times at the moment, but please be reassured we are continuing to work for your benefit (behind closed doors). Obviously we are unable to conduct viewings or visits at the moment, however, we are still available to take your calls, conduct FaceTime and WhatsApp virtual consultations. We are marketting properties to our best pottential. We hope to be back doing viewings on the 13th April full-time. We are able to visit people´s homes at present as we have obtained permission to carry on working, however some sellers are reluctant to allow visits at present and therefore we estimate that by the 13th April all will be back on course. If anything we have increased our online marketing, as no doubt some of you will already have noticed and we are encouraging buyers to contact us should you have any issues regarding the outbreak and it's restraints.

For those that are in the process of a sale, we are still working with lawyers, banks and notaries, all behind closed doors and for emergencies only, all will receive you with an appointment in place. Valuations are still being performed within the same timeframe, and we all notary apppointments in place at present will be conducted as such unless there is a specific reason within each individual case. As soon as we have further, correct and concrete information we will send another email.
