Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful conservatory with lots of light, again through a glass roof, particularly pleasant in the winter months, when it may be just too cool to sit outside. At the rear of the house are the bedrooms. Through a hall you have access to 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share the second bathroom.

 

There is a separate guesthouse next to the house. The house has a surface of about 30 m² and includes a sitting room with sofa beds, an open kitchen and bathroom. Adjacent is a large storage room for garden tools, etc.

 

On the plot is a private water source (which also fills the pool annually with fresh water!), the site is completely fenced with an electrically operated entrance door, and overgrown partly with various native trees and fruit trees (many varieties) and partly equipped with a large lawn around the pool.

 

The distance to the nearest airport (Valencia) is 80 km, the airport of Alicante is 136 km, the beautiful beaches are about 11 km, the largest town is Gandia at 7 km. The distance to the AP7 motorway is 15 km.
