This villa is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in El Alcazar in Moraira. Here you are a five minute drive from local amenities including supermarkets and less than ten minutes by car to the heart of Moraira with it's large offering of stylish restaurants and bars, excellent shopping, beautiful sandy beaches and pretty coves.

The villa is in an elevated location with wonderful open and mountain views and also seaviews to El Portet. It has it's own peaceful, private terrace and lovely seaviews.

Back outside at the main entrance, there is a path down the left-hand side of the villa. Here there is a small terrace with a BBQ and sun-loungers and two doors one to the laundry/utility room and the other is the entrance to the separate guest apartment. The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, a family size shower-room with an open-plan dining, lounge and kitchen space.

We then take several steps down and arrive to the spacious pool terrace. There is plenty of room for sun-loungers around the 8 x 4 m2 free-form shape pool and there is a convenient pool shower for rinsing off after your swim. The space is peaceful, not overlooked and has sun all-day due to the property's South orientation.
