Through the glass sliding doors, we step outside into the Naya that is spacious and ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade with fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea for you to enjoy. To the left of the lounge room, we enter the separate fully fitted kitchen. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and positioned where the Naya has been enclosed, again with glass doors. These can be opened on warm days or closed for warmth in the winter.

On the right hand side of the lounge room, there is a hallway that leads to the Master bedroom at the front of the villa complete with an ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobes. Also in the hallway there is a guest shower room with WC and another large double bedroom, also with built-in wardrobes. From the lounge room, there is a small staircase that leads up to another useful large room that could be used as an additional bedroom, an office or studio space. It has it's own peaceful, private terrace and lovely seaviews.

Back outside at the main entrance, there is a path down the left-hand side of the villa. Here there is a small terrace with a BBQ and sun-loungers and two doors one to the laundry/utility room and the other is the entrance to the separate guest apartment. The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, a family size shower-room with an open-plan dining, lounge and kitchen space.

We then take several steps down and arrive to the spacious pool terrace. There is plenty of room for sun-loungers around the 8 x 4 m2 free-form shape pool and there is a convenient pool shower for rinsing off after your swim.
