Somewhere to cook, settle down with a book and close the door on a busy day. Fredrikstad brings together the essentials of everyday living in a compact home, with choices that let you give it your own personality.
Available to order through Renvida for delivery across Spain, Fredrikstad is one of the design variations in our Type A collection, alongside Bergen and Oslo. These examples show different ways to personalise the same house family, with equivalent sizes offered at the same base price.
Space for everyday life
The ground floor combines a furnished kitchen and living area, with a sofa bed providing additional sleeping space. A staircase incorporating storage leads to a mezzanine double sleeping area above.
The mezzanine has reduced headroom. It is a sleeping loft rather than necessarily a separate enclosed bedroom, with its layout and access confirmed in your chosen floor plan.
The kitchen specification includes cabinets, sink and tap, hob, oven, refrigerator and extractor hood. A separate bathroom provides a shower, toilet, washbasin and a 50-litre water heater.
Furniture, a loft mattress, kitchen equipment and bed linen are included according to the agreed specification. A dishwasher is optional; a washing machine is not included in the standard price.

Choose from the available exterior materials at the same base price. Inside, explore kitchen designs, furniture and finishes to create a space that feels like yours.
Window and door positions and sizes, together with aspects of the internal layout, can also be adapted. Your final design, inclusions and any additional-cost changes are agreed before production.
The current general specification includes double-glazed PVC windows and an air-to-air heat pump for heating and cooling.
Available in three sizes
The Standard version measures 6.60 m long × 2.55 m wide × 3.90 m high, with an external footprint of 16.83 m², excluding the towing hitch, plus the mezzanine sleeping area.
Extended and XL versions are also available:
Extended: 7.60 m long × 2.55 m wide × 3.90 m high.XL: 8.00 m long × 2.55 m wide × 3.90 m high.
These are external dimensions. Internal usable space, mezzanine area and final layout are confirmed with the floor plan. Photographs show example configurations and finishes.
Chassis and wheels can stay on or be removed
The chassis and wheels can remain fitted or be removed for installation and stored for a future move. Installation arrangements, suitable supports and access requirements must be agreed for your chosen location.
Placement, permitted use and any required permissions must be checked before ordering, whether the chassis and wheels remain attached or are removed.
Standard or off-grid
Off-grid packages are available across the Type A range. Depending on the agreed specification, these can include solar panels, batteries, a backup generator, water storage and wastewater tanks.

All three sizes are 2.55 m wide and 3.90 m high. Dimensions are external and exclude the towing hitch.
Transport is additional and quoted according to the delivery location. Land is not included.
Business VAT treatment is confirmed individually according to the purchaser’s status and transaction arrangements.

Transport is additional and quoted according to your delivery location and access requirements. Contact us for a Costa Blanca delivery quotation or arrangements elsewhere in Spain.
Land is not included. Site preparation, positioning and utility connections must be specified and priced separately where required.
Ondara is the location of our sales office. This house is supplied to order and is not currently installed on a plot in Ondara. Settings, landscaping and land shown in photographs are not included in the purchase.
The manufacturer provides a 10-year warranty on structural components and the main frame, subject to the sales agreement. Your layout, materials, equipment, price, production times and delivery arrangements are confirmed in your individual order.
