• Non-Lucrative Visa
• Golden Visa

The non-lucrative visa needs to be applied for BEFORE your arrival in Spain. The requirements are:

• Sufficient Income
• Clear Criminal Record
• Private Health Insurance
• Rental Contract or Proof of Property Ownership

Once you are in Spain with this type of VISA, we can assist you to make this into a Working Visa.

A Golden Visa can be applied for if you have purchased (or plan to purchase) a property for more than 500,000 euros at any time since 2014. The requirements are as such:

• Valid for 2 years, after this would be renewed every 5 years
• Visa is for 1 person but then visas for spouse and dependents can be applied for
• The applicant does not have to live in Spain, they only need to spend 1 day per year here
• Applicants can work in Spain
• Applicants have freedom of movement throughout the Schengen area with no restrictions
